Cross-platform listing
Enter a product once and create its listings on Amazon, Shopify, eBay and Walmart from the same SKU, with a preview before anything goes live.
The listing tools are built around records and CDs today, because their details come from Discogs. Repricing, stock sync and the dashboards work for any product.
What it does
- One product, four channels. A single listing creates the product on each channel that can take it, every listing tied back to the same SKU.
- Verified details. Title, artist, label, year, edition and color, tracklist and cover image come from the item’s confirmed Discogs release and are reused on every channel. Only facts are copied, never reviews or notes.
- A person confirms the match. Nothing publishes until someone has confirmed exactly which item the SKU is, on every channel.
- One channel can’t stop the rest. Each channel reports listed or skipped, with the reason in plain words, and the others carry on.
- No duplicates. Before creating anything it checks whether the product is already listed and attaches to that listing instead.
- Preview first. You see the title, image, price, condition and each channel’s verdict before anything is created, and live listings are made one product at a time on your approval.
- Priced from the start. A new listing begins with a starting strategy and a break-even floor.
- Condition, per channel. New, open-box and used are stated only where a channel supports condition, so a used copy is never listed as new.
Channel by channel
- Amazon. Attaches to the right existing listing, or creates your own when the catalog entry shows the wrong item. Branded catalog items are attached or flagged for approval instead.
- eBay. Creates, revises and ends listings. eBay takes its images from the Shopify product, so Shopify is created first.
- Shopify. Creates new products from your catalog. It doesn’t edit products you already have, and it needs an image.
- Walmart. Creates new items or takes over ones you already sell. It needs a real barcode and catalog details, so a product without a barcode is skipped.
- Discogs. The source of release details for every channel. Selling on Discogs itself isn’t switched on.
