What's backed up?
Products, their variants, and their product metafields are backed up with full version history while subscribed. Products have preview-first one-click restore, with a safety copy kept before every restore. Orders and customers are not stored, by design for privacy.
How does restore work?
Browse every version of a product and preview exactly what will change before you confirm. A safety copy of today's version is kept before the restore, so you can undo afterwards.
What happens when I uninstall?
Your store pauses when you uninstall. There is a 30-day reinstall window; after that, your backup data is fully erased.
Where does my backup data live?
Backup data is kept in cloud object storage. It is encrypted with a key unique to your store before it's stored, never shared, and never used for anything else.
