1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ColorfulPricing ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ColorfulPricing provides automated repricing services for e-commerce sellers on platforms including Amazon, Shopify, eBay, and Walmart Marketplace. The Service includes price optimization algorithms, inventory synchronization, analytics dashboards, and optional integrations with Google services. Which platforms you connect is up to you — no integration is required beyond those your plan is built around.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Pricing is custom to each customer: your monthly fee is quoted based on your catalog size, connected channels, and service needs, and is agreed with you before checkout. The fee is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle and any change to it will be communicated to you before it takes effect. Payments are processed via Stripe. New accounts include a 14-day free trial; a payment method is collected at checkout, and you are not charged until the trial ends. You may cancel during the trial at no cost.

5. Platform Integrations

The Service offers optional integrations that you choose to connect. By connecting an account, you authorize ColorfulPricing to access it only as necessary to provide the Service, and you represent that you have the authority to grant this access:

• Amazon (Selling Partner API) — read listings, pricing, orders, and traffic data; update your prices.
• Shopify — read and update products, prices, and inventory; read orders.
• eBay — read listings, orders, and traffic analytics; update prices and quantities on your listings.
• Walmart Marketplace — read items, orders, and inventory; update your prices and quantities.
• Google Sheets/Drive — read only the specific spreadsheet files you pick; we cannot browse your Drive.
• Google sign-in — verify your name and email to sign you in to your dashboard.
• Gmail (when available) — read-only access to enrich order and supplier data; this integration is optional and off until you connect it.

You can disconnect an integration at any time by revoking access from the platform's own security settings or by contacting support; the Service continues to work with whatever remains connected.

6. Limitations of Liability

ColorfulPricing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or revenue.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
