Platform credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption (Fernet symmetric encryption). We implement security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. Each customer workspace is isolated in its own application instance with a dedicated database.

ColorfulPricing's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically: Google user data is used only to provide the features you connect (reading the spreadsheet files you pick, signing you in, and — when available — extracting order and supplier information from your Gmail); it is never sold, never used for advertising, and never read by humans except with your explicit permission, for security purposes, or as required by law.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Pricing and analytics data is retained at varying resolutions: 10-minute detail for 7 days, hourly for 30 days, and daily summaries for up to 24 months. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except as required by law.
