Analytics and ads
Decide which products to hold, which to clear, and where ad money goes, from data the marketplaces actually report.
Hold or clear
Each in-stock product gets a score from 0 to 100 and a verdict: ride, watch or ditch. A limited edition can climb fast once other sellers run out, and the score is built to spot that.
- Four signals you can inspect. Supply tightening, demand present, price momentum, and scarcity such as edition size or a special variant.
- Both sides required. Supply and demand multiply, so there’s no “ride” without thinning supply and live demand together.
- An economics check. Whether you could meet the lowest competing price profitably, and how many units you hold.
- Read-only. The score never changes a price. Acting on it is your decision.
Market history on every product
Each product page charts eBay, Amazon and Discogs asking prices on one timeline, next to your own price over time. These are asking prices, not confirmed sales, and Discogs counts as context rather than a deciding signal.
Sales dashboard
What sold, where and when across Amazon, Shopify, eBay and Walmart: revenue, orders, units and average order value for any dates, compared with the previous period or the same dates last year. An hour-by-weekday heat map shows when orders arrive, and every table exports to CSV. A sale that reaches two channels, such as a marketplace order passed to Shopify for fulfilment, is counted once.
Ads
- One ads dashboard. Amazon, Google and eBay spend, ad sales, ACOS, ROAS and clicks on one page, for any dates and any set of products. Walmart and Shopify ad data aren’t connected yet.
- An ad group per variant. New listings get an Amazon Sponsored Products ad group built from the catalog, one per product and color, with negatives that keep spend on what you actually sell.
- Bids only go up with you. Automation lowers or holds bids. Every proposed increase waits for your approval.
- Search terms checked against your stock. A search for a format you sell is kept, and one for a format you don’t carry is flagged: a search for the CD of an album you only stock on vinyl, for example.
- Late sales counted. Recent days are pulled again so sales Amazon attributes late still land in the numbers.
Ads tools cover Sponsored Products only. Sponsored Brands and Stores belong to brand owners, and Colorful Pricing is built for resellers.
Traffic
Amazon sessions over 7, 30, 90 and 365 days sit next to price and stock on every product, so a quiet product that’s still being looked at isn’t mistaken for dead stock.
